Meriem Seddiki

After attending culinary school, Meriem joined Amal as sous-chef in the early days, and was promoted to head chef two years later. Meriem runs a smooth kitchen, working like an orchestra conductor to ensure everyone is doing their part to create a beautiful dining experience for guests. Meriem is highly instrumental in the training program and is an excellent teacher of culinary skills.
