Karima Sbila

Chef Karima oversees the kitchen at the Targa center. She is a strong leader, and is great at managing the catering of large events that require weeks of advance planning. She is an excellent teacher and is well-loved by the students, even helping them with advice and recipes after they have started their new jobs in other restaurants after the Amal training.
