Jamila Amer

Jamila has been with Amal since the early days. She carries on the tradition of authentic Moroccan dishes, passed down from mother to daughter, which she in turn passes on to the students. In recent years, Jamila has gotten creative with some of the classics. One of her creations, beef tajine with banana and red cabbage, has become quite a hit!
